CLARA Project Management Team

The CLARA Project Management Team was established at INDRC and is managed by the CLARA Director. The Project Management Team ensures effective coordination among project partners by monitoring progress, managing finances and EC funding distribution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project objectives and deliverables, coordinating meetings and reporting, and implementing risk assessment and mitigation measures.
