Aims to establish and run the project, assure effective decision-making, clear external communication, operational internal communication, and effective administrative and technical operations and project control. Risk assessment and quality management are also included.

Towards international R&I institution deals with the management of CLARA CoE with its long-term ambitions and goals. WP2 includes the establishment of CLARA´s main bodies (SB, SAB, Collegium of Experts), preparation of the center core documents, adoption of operational processes, management of data, and ethical conduct in research incl. DNSH principles, adoption of the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda, and building the international research ecosystem. 

Aims at building research groups (esp. tenure track positions as experts in Research programs) and developing educational and training activities. The Grant Lab strategy will be implemented to increase the competitiveness in seeking funding from grant schemes. 

HR development is dedicated to the establishment of requirements for all managerial/scientific positions and the execution of recruitment processes. The HR strategy together with the Career Development and remuneration policy will be developed. The WP also focuses on seeking, maintaining, and motivating young talents (Young Talent Incubator) and on mobility and RDI activities (Mobility Program). 

CLARA Testbed aims at building unique infrastructure by procurement, deployment, and configuration of HW and SW infrastructure components. CLARA Testbed will be infused by QC acceleration to speed up numerical simulations, AI workloads, and data engineering. The infrastructure accessibility to CLARA research activities will be ensured. A unique proof of concept use case will be demonstrated. 

Dissemination, communication, exploitation, and co-creation activities are dedicated to continuous C&D activities that focus on attracting the general public, industry, scientific community, and stakeholders. Via CLARA Collaboratorium, it enables co-creation activities among scientists, business sectors, caregivers, and the broader citizens´ community as well as popularization activities of CLARA. WP6 also focuses on innovation management and exploitation activities, and the development of the Business Plan of the Center (incl. sustainability).
