Short bio

Eva Dočkalová earned her Ph.D. in Wood Science and Technology from Mendel University in Brno. After graduating in 2015, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Josef Ressel Research Center in Brno. In 2016, she moved into project management at CEITEC, Brno University of Technology, focusing primarily on European research grants. Since 2017, she has been part of the Project Management Office at CIIRC, Czech Technical University in Prague.

Throughout her career, Eva Dočkalová has specialized in R&D project management across a broad range of disciplines, particularly in the key research areas of CIIRC, such as industrial robotics, energy, smart cities, and healthcare. She contributed significantly to the successful preparation and coordination of the €50 million H2020 Teaming project RICAIP, awarded to CIIRC CTU in 2019. In 2021, she co-founded INDRC to support research and innovation in neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer’s disease. She also contributed to the successful acquisition of the CLARA project.
