Mgr. Lenka Uldrijanová

Lenka is responsible for managing an organization’s relationships with its key stakeholders. She serves as a bridge between research, business, government, academia, partners, donors, and the wider public, building strong institutional partnerships and positioning the institute as a credible, innovative player in neuroscience research.

Lenka develops relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, philanthropists, and foundations. Ensures that major partners receive appropriate engagement and visibility. She is also responsible for the institute's communication content, strengthening the organization’s institutional position, and non-scientific activities (volunteer days, neurology workshops for talented high school children).

Lenka has 15 years of leadership experience in the business, customer care, and non-profit sectors. She assisted INDRC during its initial development phase from January 2023 to October 2025 as Director. Since 2016 to 2022, she served in leadership at the Czech non-profit organization Liga vozíčkářů with nearly 100 employees, helping people with physical and combined disabilities. She led the fundraising and communications for the organization, created effective strategies to maximize donations, identified and explored donor pools with a focus on creating long-term collaborations, and built business relationships as well as alliances with other nonprofits. She also participated in the creation of a podcast series introducing the world of disabled people to the public, and organized sporting and cultural events for people with disabilities and their families. Since 2009, she served as the General Manager of the Regus office in Brno, a British company that operates worldwide in more than 120 countries and provides back-office services for teams of all sizes on flexible terms.

Lenka is involved in several networking business clubs and is an active member of the Ladies Club of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Brno, a major business association in the Czech Republic. Ms. Uldrijanová graduated in 1998 with a Master’s Degree in History from the Faculty of Arts and Geography of the Faculty of Sciences of Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.
