Mona Heidari, Ph.D., is a Senior Researcher at the International Neurodegenerative Disorders Research Center (INDRC). She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Brno University of Technology. Drawing on experience across academia, industry, and public-sector research, Dr. Heidari specializes in computer vision, biometrics, multimodal AI, and foundation models. Her research focuses on developing trustworthy agentic AI and multimodal foundation models that integrate diverse biomedical data to advance the understanding, early diagnosis, and monitoring of neurodegenerative disorders. Her current work investigates AI methods to accelerate scientific discovery, knowledge integration, and clinical decision-making in brain health.
